This super delicious garlic bread topping comes from my sister. Try it. You'll like it.
1/2 C mayonaise
1/2 C butter
1 T parsley
1/2 t oregano
1 C parmesan cheese
6-10 cloves garlic
1 loaf sourdough bread
Spread the topping on both sides of a split loaf of bread, then broil. Watch it carefully so it doesn't burn.
